Mais um treino, desde de ontem que não corro com os pesos nos braços, já tirei o polar da caixa, este fim-de-semana corri apenas com o relógio no pulso, sem a fita para medir as pulsações nem o GPS. Essa parte inicia-se apenas amanhã.
Vou transformar este blog em bilingue visto ter amigos estrangeiros com os quais quero partilhar as minhas histórias. Assim inicia-se hoje a versão em Português e Inglês e talvez ainda a faça também em espanhol, a ver vamos...
This is for all my friends that are not Portuguese but are my friends and enjoy knowing what I am planning. For this reason I'm going to start to write this blog in 2 languages, I'm not very good writing and may do some mistakes, but I just want to share with you my experience and trainings, so here it goes!
The name of my blog is 42 km's sneaking...
My goal is to run a full marathon in 2013, the Paris Marathon that is schedule to be on the 7th of April, the application season is almost here, it start´s in mid September!
My training up to this weekend as been weak, just a bunch of maintenance running nothing special, but I'm pumping up the volume and this month of September I'm going to do a pre-training, to start in October with my training plane for the marathon.
